Scion Communications offers an effective maintenance service that is available 24/7, every day of the year. Our engineers are available for callout should an incident occur, and can liaise with you or your staff remotely to swiftly scope and resolve problems.

Our contracts.

In accordance with British Standards, our contracts are offered on a minimum one-year basis for audible-only systems, and three years for systems which include remote signalling.

This maintenance contract provides routine service checks for your installed systems, as well as access to a support helpline staffed by Scion experts. If an urgent incident occurs, we guarantee the dispatch of a Scion engineer to your premise to quickly repair and restore your system to working condition.
